Reply! offers real estate agents simple, convenient pricing: monthly subscription fee + per lead fee.
Monthly Subscription Fee:
- $54.95 monthly subscription fee
- Billed at the first of each month
- Your first month’s fees will be prorated by date of sign-up
Lead Fee:
- $54.95 flat-rate lead price for each buy or sell lead
- A minimum of 5 leads per month is required, however you may purchase up to 100 leads per month
- You will only be charged for the leads we deliver to you
- If you receive invalid leads, you may request a credit within 72 hours

Where do Reply! Real Estate leads come from?
Our real estate leads are generated in two ways:
- Consumers enter their information directly into our website, ConnectWithLife.com, and request to be contacted by a licensed agent. On Reply.com, consumers receive home valuations; satellite views of the neighborhood; research on schools, crime rates, and demographic information; and much, much more.

How does Reply! Real Estate distribute leads to agents?
You define your coverage area during sign-up, and will only receive leads from that area. If there are no other agents from the Reply! network in your area, you will receive exclusive leads.
When more than one agent is in a specified coverage area, leads will be randomly distributed until all agents have received their requested number of leads. On average, our leads are only sold 1.5 times, though we reserve the right to sell our leads up to 4 times.

All of our leads are validated for correct contact information through our rigorous validation process. Still, if you receive an invalid lead, you may request a credit within 72 hours, at no additional cost.

What if I receive incorrect contact information?
Should you receive incorrect contact information, we will gladly credit the invalid lead at no cost within the first 72 hours.

Can I use my offline marketing strategies with my online leads?
Reply! encourages you to treat online prospects with the same great service you offer to all potential clients. Postcards, e-mails, phone calls… The most important thing is for you to make yourself available to the prospect. It WILL pay off!
