Lead Generation Pricing & Billing
Reply! offers real estate agents simple, convenient pricing: monthly subscription fee + per lead fee.
Monthly Subscription Fee:
- $54.95 monthly subscription fee
- Billed at the first of each month
- Your first month`s fees will be prorated by date of sign-up
Lead Fee:
- $39.95 for each buy lead & $59.95 for each sell lead
- Billing will automatically happen any time you`ve received three (3) unpaid leads (non replacements).
If you do not receive 3 leads during a calendar month, we will bill you for any unpaid leads on the first of the following month
- If you receive an invalid lead, you may request a replacement lead within 30 days (click here to view our Lead Replacement Parameters)
- You will never be billed for more than your lead range requested.
- In the event we generate additional prospects in your area, we may send them to you, free of charge as our way of saying thank you.

Can I cancel the real estate lead generation services anytime?
We ask that you commit to a minimum of 90 days in order to allow our program to work.
In the rare case that you are unsatisfied with our program after 60 days,
we simply ask for a 30 day written notice of cancellation,
so we can secure another agent to assist our consumer leads

If I decide to cancel, will there be a fee?
While we`d hate to see you leave, there is no fee for cancelling. We strive to help our agents be successful with our program. There are no long-term contracts and you may cancel at anytime with a 30 day written notice, but please let us know what we can do to make your experience better in the event you feel you`re not getting the return you`d like to see. During your remaining 30 days on the program, your account will remain active and you will receive leads that we have available in your area. Standard lead fees will apply.

Where do Reply! Real Estate leads come from?
Our real estate leads are generated in two ways:
- Consumers visit one of our websites such as ConnectWithLife.com and Local.Reply.com where they can receive home valuations, satellite views of the neighborhood, research on schools, crime rates, and demographics, and much, much more. Consumers are given the opportunity to complete a form requesting real estate information, including home valuations, and we pass that information along to you.
- Consumers enter their information into one of our online partners' websites, including:

How does Reply! Real Estate distribute leads to agents?
You define your coverage area during sign-up, and we will send you leads from within that area as we generate them. We reserve the right to sell our leads up to 4 times, although the average number of times a lead is sold is 1.5

Are Reply! Real Estate leads exclusive?
On average, our leads are only sold 1.5 times, though we reserve the right to sell our leads up to 4 times.

How many leads will close?
The number of leads you`re able to convert into closed transactions will vary with each agent. Your success is heavily dependent on the follow-up process you`re applying, and also how often you communicate your needs with your dedicated Account Manager. We are always here to help and provide plenty of coaching tools. If you`re not achieving a satisfactory return on your investment, let us know what we can do to help. We speak with agents all day long and we`re happy to share best practices that we`ve learned throughout the years of working with all types of agents nationwide.

What information will I receive about the consumer?
Each lead will include a valid phone number and address.

Are Reply! Real Estate leads validated?
Leads are validated through an automated process to confirm that they contain an accurate phone number and/or email address before being sent to the agent. Automated validation is done through a company called TARGUSinfo. Reply! Real Estate rejects as many as 30% of all leads as a result of the online consumer entering inaccurate contact information when submitting the online form. Even with this automated validation process, the agent can still expect to receive invalid leads that were unable to be screened out through TARGUSinfo.

What if I receive incorrect contact information?
Should you receive incorrect contact information, we will gladly replace the invalid lead at no cost within the first 30 days. We offer replacements for the following reasons:
- Invalid name
- Invalid phone number
- Invalid email address (only IF the phone number is also inaccurate)
- Duplicate lead from Reply!
- Minor under the age of 18
- The lead is from outside of your requested sales territory
- The lead is from another real estate agent testing the system

Can I use my offline marketing strategies with my online leads?
Reply! encourages you to treat online prospects with the same great service you offer to all potential clients. Postcards, e-mails, phone calls… The most important thing is for you to make yourself available to the prospect. It WILL pay off!
